The machine debug manager service provides debugging abilities for programmers so they can track errors in their programmed code. This service is used by several programs such as Internet Explorer to monitor Javascript errors, Microsoft Visual Studio to provide a backend for prgogram errors and Microsoft Outlook to provide VB code in Office documents (such as Excel or Access). This service is started by Internet Explorer when for debug tracking so besides disabling the debug feature in Internet Explorer you should disable this service, unless you know that you need it.
